“There was a confusion in the booking. I thought i booked a room with balcony but the hotel said that i booked a room with patio which meant it had to be on the ground floor. The patio was useless because it simply was a corridor and your view was just a concrete wall with a few plants. There was not much light as a result. The room size is quite small but the bathroom is spacious. For the second and third nights, the hotel moved us to the second floor with balcony which gave us a little of……

“First of all, it’s amazing! The stay is wonderful and it started with warm and welcoming staff at reception. She explained a lot and helped us on early check in. We got welcome drinks and also soft drink credits (this is from Expedia). She also helped to upgrade my parents room to a supreme and spacious room! We love it. Everyday we got night snack and wine/water in the room. The location is great and I will definitely stay in the future. When we checkout day, gentleman in the front desk helped……

“What a great stay! Lovely, spacious rooms. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The neighborhood is outside the heavily trafficked tourist area with its own vibe— a variety of good restaurants, cafes, boutiques and even a health food grocery store nearby with plenty of items to prepare easy meals in the apartment. The courtyard, which is heated in winter, is a nice bonus space. Walkable to all major neighborhoods and train or tram stations. ”

“Die Zimmer top. Vor allem das Bad. Größer und moderner als in manchen Hotels. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück gut ausgewogen. Orangensaft wird frisch gepresst. Auf Wunsch frische Spiegel oder Rühreier. Es ist für jeden was dabei. Der Innenhof ruhig mit Sitzgelegenheit zum entspannen vor dem schlafengehen. Metro, Bahn und Fähre 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Würde ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.”
