“Checking in was very smooth. The hotel contacted me in advance and was ready for our arrival. Checked us in, helped with our luggage and gave us some very useful local insights to the restaurants nearby. During our stay they even gave us a nice surprise, to help us enjoy the wonderful city and area even more. We had a balcony overlooking the street to ourselves, though we didn't use it, as it was way too hot outside, but it was still nice to know we had one to use, if we wanted. The location……

“First of all, it’s amazing! The stay is wonderful and it started with warm and welcoming staff at reception. She explained a lot and helped us on early check in. We got welcome drinks and also soft drink credits (this is from Expedia). She also helped to upgrade my parents room to a supreme and spacious room! We love it. Everyday we got night snack and wine/water in the room. The location is great and I will definitely stay in the future. When we checkout day, gentleman in the front desk helped……

“This is a beautiful property in a quiet part of the city, with a bus stop basically outside the door and access to everything you'd want to see while in Lisbon. It's across the street from the parliament building, safe and almost no noise at night. Our family arrived in the morning and the staff offered to store our luggage and give us the first clean suite available (early check-in). “Raum war angenehm und ruhig. Der Flur ist stellenweise etwas hellhörig - wenn der Zimmernachbar die Türen etwas zu energisch schließt ist das hörbar. War aber nicht wirklich störend. Bad war gut ausgestattet. Die Türen zu den Zimmern sind mit Schlüssel abschließbar. Die Eingangstür zum Hotel ist via Magnetschloss gesichert und kann nur mit Code oder persönlich vom Empfang geöffnet werden. Die Codes sind pro Gast/Zimmer einzigartig und werden vermutlich regelmäßig geändert. (Temp Codes) Es gibt……

“The hotel team are excellent - always smiling and kind. The receptionists were very helpful in recommending places and provided adaptors for our chargers. The restaurant team provided us with ice and pot of water to use in our room. Unfortunately the room is very small with no kettle, or small fridge, and no space to sit around comfortably. The restaurant barmen, provided ice and also pot of hot water for us to bring into our room as a solution. luckily there is an outdoor garden seating……
