“Checking in was very smooth. The hotel contacted me in advance and was ready for our arrival. Checked us in, helped with our luggage and gave us some very useful local insights to the restaurants nearby. During our stay they even gave us a nice surprise, to help us enjoy the wonderful city and area even more. We had a balcony overlooking the street to ourselves, though we didn't use it, as it was way too hot outside, but it was still nice to know we had one to use, if we wanted. The location……

“Couldn’t have been more perfect. The service and attention to detail were impeccable. My room was spacious and thoughfully designed. The bed was very comfortable and I have to mention the sheets and towels smelled amazing. The breakfast has a lot of options, very well done. My stay here was pretty much perfect. The staff were friendly, attentive, and gave five star service. My only note here is that the Uber drivers dont come at the front of the hotel, the street is considered private and tables……

“We really loved this hotel in Lisboa! Recently opening last October, the hotel is a beautiful gem. Our room was spacious, luxurious, and equipped with all of the amenities we like such as a Dyson hair dryer and Guerlain products. Their rooftop bar has the best view of the castle and city. Their spa level with a heated pool was exceptional. The staff members were extremely professional and friendly. We sincerely appreciated their attention to detail. They were gracious, polite, helpful, and went……
