“There was a confusion in the booking. I thought i booked a room with balcony but the hotel said that i booked a room with patio which meant it had to be on the ground floor. The patio was useless because it simply was a corridor and your view was just a concrete wall with a few plants. There was not much light as a result. The room size is quite small but the bathroom is spacious. For the second and third nights, the hotel moved us to the second floor with balcony which gave us a little of……

“First of all, it’s amazing! The stay is wonderful and it started with warm and welcoming staff at reception. She explained a lot and helped us on early check in. We got welcome drinks and also soft drink credits (this is from Expedia). She also helped to upgrade my parents room to a supreme and spacious room! We love it. Everyday we got night snack and wine/water in the room. The location is great and I will definitely stay in the future. When we checkout day, gentleman in the front desk helped……

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here, amazing location, the staff (Luciana and the maintenance staff are rockstars) is great and made really good recommendations, the rooms are spacious, the kitchen has everything you need, and there’s a nice selection of wines in the minibar. There’s a great cafe next door to grab coffee and pastel de natas in the morning before heading out. 10/10 would definitely stay here again next time in Lisbon :-)”

“The staff was outstanding. Unfortunately, we could not share in the breakfast that was made as we had to get up and get out early. However, they provided us with a tremendous breakfast to go. They were extremely helpful in regards to information about the area. Loved their terrace area. Overall, very happy with the experience. Auf Wunsch frische Spiegel oder Rühreier. Es ist für jeden was dabei. Der Innenhof ruhig mit Sitzgelegenheit zum entspannen vor dem schlafengehen. Metro, Bahn und Fähre 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Würde ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.”
