“Checking in was very smooth. The hotel contacted me in advance and was ready for our arrival. Checked us in, helped with our luggage and gave us some very useful local insights to the restaurants nearby.
During our stay they even gave us a nice surprise, to help us enjoy the wonderful city and area even more.
We had a balcony overlooking the street to ourselves, though we didn't use it, as it was way too hot outside, but it was still nice to know we had one to use, if we wanted.

“There was a confusion in the booking. I thought i booked a room with balcony but the hotel said that i booked a room with patio which meant it had to be on the ground floor. The patio was useless because it simply was a corridor and your view was just a concrete wall with a few plants. There was not much light as a result. “First of all, it’s amazing! The stay is wonderful and it started with warm and welcoming staff at reception. She explained a lot and helped us on early check in. We got welcome drinks and also soft drink credits (this is from Expedia). She also helped to upgrade my parents room to a supreme and spacious room! We love it. “We absolutely loved our stay - the team was very communicative upon check in (especially getting in a bit late!) and always reachable via WhatsApp. We even had a little bit of a mixup with our check in and out dates and they were extremely accommodating. “The people at this property are the most welcoming and helpful that anyone could ever hope for. The complimentary breakfast was really good and there are tons of restaurants and bars. It can get loud at night from all of the bars in the surrounding streets but it didn't keep us from sleeping.
