“Checking in was very smooth. The hotel contacted me in advance and was ready for our arrival. Checked us in, helped with our luggage and gave us some very useful local insights to the restaurants nearby. During our stay they even gave us a nice surprise, to help us enjoy the wonderful city and area even more. We had a balcony overlooking the street to ourselves, though we didn't use it, as it was way too hot outside, but it was still nice to know we had one to use, if we wanted. The location……

“Casa do Pátio by Shiadu was a great place to stay. Me and my family really had a great time over there. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We had breakfast that was included in the price and it was really good. Place is located in the very center of Lisbon so make it easy for exploring the city. ”

“There was a confusion in the booking. I thought i booked a room with balcony but the hotel said that i booked a room with patio which meant it had to be on the ground floor. The patio was useless because it simply was a corridor and your view was just a concrete wall with a few plants. There was not much light as a result. The room size is quite small but the bathroom is spacious. For the second and third nights, the hotel moved us to the second floor with balcony which gave us a little of……

“Rooms were clean and modern and they even put some complimentary wine and beer and chocolate in the fridge. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. We stayed 3 nights but in 2 different rooms (as booked at separate times when we added another day in Lisbon) and both rooms were great. Oh and the blinds are blackout. Slept so well. ”
