「Checking in was very smooth. The hotel contacted me in advance and was ready for our arrival. Checked us in, helped with our luggage and gave us some very useful local insights to the restaurants nearby. During our stay they even gave us a nice surprise, to help us enjoy the wonderful city and area even more. We had a balcony overlooking the street to ourselves, though we didn't use it, as it was way too hot outside, but it was still nice to know we had one to use, if we wanted. The location...

「First of all, it’s amazing! The stay is wonderful and it started with warm and welcoming staff at reception. She explained a lot and helped us on early check in. 「The room, the staff, the neighborhood was amazing. They go above and beyond and the rooms are absolutely gorgeous. They were kind of enough to shift my reservation dates after unexpected flight delays leaving the US because of the winter storm, which ease a lot of the stress that I was under trying to make it to Lisbon.
