「First of all, it’s amazing! The stay is wonderful and it started with warm and welcoming staff at reception. She explained a lot and helped us on early check in. We got welcome drinks and also soft drink credits (this is from Expedia). She also helped to upgrade my parents room to a supreme and spacious room! We love it. 「Our serviced apartment was beautifully decorated, spotless, bright and spacious, perfect for our family of 4. It was in a great location close to everything including the Santa Justa lift, Rossio square and Station and you can catch the important trams routes to Belem and the castle in less than a 5 min walk. Rooms were spacious and had enough storage for cases and clothes. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were clean and modern. Great views from the room. Customer service here was super helpful...
