The room had a kitchenette and was perfect for family of 4. The direct access to the pool was amazing. The restaurant staff and food also couldn’t ask for better. Really enjoyed our time here.

The check in host was not the most informative or friendly welcoming, but was fine. That could be improved. I arrived in evening, I didn’t use the pools or eat at the restaurant. The room itself was basic, clean enough. Good value for what you get.

We had a nice stay, enjoyed the pool, views, balcony and breakfast for $12 was good. Really nice location with lots of choices for excellent restaurants within a mile radius. The hotel is a bit dated, frayed towels, bathroom needed maintenance and mirror needed a good cleaning. That said the Jr. suite had everything we needed for the week, so it worked for us.

The staff are kind and friendly. They are truly very nice. The property is clean, the small qualm is that the shower can leak through the cover, which a bath towel can handle. It is spacious and a proper apartment within the hotel, as listed. But, the resort is nothing like the listing. To begin, the property is in a different municipality than described. There is no breakfast served at this hotel, and no option to purchase it. The gym is a few run down treadmills with a fan. The jacuzzi is a portable half open installation and tucked in a corner of the hotel, nowhere near the pool. The pool is as photographed. But there’s no spa or restaurant. The restaurant, according to staff, is closed indefinitely. This normally wouldn’t be a problem but there is no food within a 25 mile radius to purchase. The staff recommended Uber Eats. I had to uber for food the entire duration of the stay. Do not stay unless you rent a car.

Very good welcome by Juan! Super view and delicious food at the restaurant! Attention to shower door that is not sealing 100%, making a water mess on the floor.

Would not recommend. Front desk was very friendly but that was the only positive part about our experience. We made a reservation for the restaurant there, but when we arrived, both the host and our waiter were very rude. We waited about ten minutes at our table before anyone came by. Waiter gave us 1 menu and when I asked for a second, he gave me an eye-roll and sigh before leaving. Our room had this green "goo" coming out from the floorboards. We told front desk around 8am before we left the resort and when we got back around 3pm, our room still hadn't been cleaned by house keeping and the goo was still on the floor. The pool was nice and so was the view.

Don't be fooled. This resort does not have a spa or spa services as advertised on expedia. However, apart from that, it was a lovely hotel.
