Rooms were dark, only one window, dusty, mold and water leaks around window, moldy smell in the room. Bathroom only had one light Sid not have enough lighting to prepare makeup or proper style hair. No room in bathroom for storage or personal items. Terrible experience

Staff not attentive. Had to ask twice to change bedsheets, topped up shower gel in dispenser with water so that there was only water left! Hand wash dispenser came off wall. Room cleaning service was carried out far too late in day. Normally around 4pm but one day as late as 5pm. Such a shame as hotel was stunning and room was wonderful

Still construction around, but very good for the city. Very clean, no annoying insects. High price, paid in full, but I did not benefit from all the facilities because they do not work (spa, gym), or are not yet in operation and the smell of fresh paint is everywhere. They could work on the offer to customers and when all the works are finished, maybe it becomes even more interesting.

Breakfast staff are excellent. The room has a strange set up.. There is a step to get into the room after you open the door. Tiny bathroom, no bathtub, bidet and a tiny shower division which floods the bathroom, 2 small mattress makes a double bed., 1 coffee capsule and water are offered only on the first night. It needs to improve on comfort. No cushions on the sofa etc

Amazing property close to downtown Sao Miguel. Shopping and restaurants near by. Great front desk staff. Turkish baths were quite relaxing after long days of exploring this beautiful island. Rooms were spacious and very nice! Would definitely stay here again.
