We were not able to get in on arrival but hotel staff worked quickly and deligently to get us adjoining rooms the very next day! Staff were extremely helpful, friendly, welcoming, pleasant, accommodating and overall just very genuine and nice! 「This is a beautiful historic hotel located in a pretty and quiet square in Ponta Delgada. A quick 5-minute walk puts you at the harbor and/or in the middle of old town. The hotel rooms were spacious and elegant. The pool and spa areas were lovely as well. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the included breakfast was delicious. Would happily book again if I return to Ponta Delgada.」
