「Highly recommend」

「Nicole, Aidlia, Nathalia, Rodrigo, Miguel displayed passion i envied. There was nothing too much to ask. The same for the breakfast show kitchen Chef with the goatie beard navigating the demands for all sort of fancy egg diahes. I am particularly amazed by his attention to detail and multi tasking skills. Well trained i thought! That required focus, and a great amount of love for the job. The passion for their job was evident. For their island! We love that! The hotel is a beautiful wonder....

「Highly recommend this hotel. This hotel is well situated, about a 2 minute walk to center of town. Parking outside is metered from 8pm-7am, or hotel offers parking 10€ a day. Lot directly across the street is 6€ a day, or if you are ok to walk about 2 blocks- free parking on the street (ask hotel which streets, they will tell you) Clara, Tomas, Luis and Tugo really went above and beyond and help my cousin and I during our stay . 「This was the best hotel that we stayed at during our Sao Miguel trip. Walking distance to Terra Nostra. There is a mineral pool at this hotel as well. The restaurant was top notch. Breakfast room service was over the top. High ratings on all services. Friendly and helpful staff.」

「I stayed in the royal sweet and there was a bit of a smell. Unfortunately for me, the bed was uncomfortable. They are very firm and im used to something alot softer. I ended up sleeping on the pull out could which was better. Other than that breakfast was good and staff very friendly. I would stay here again since it is confidently located and parking is great.」
