「The hotel is exceptional and the area where it is located is breathtaking. While you have to pay in order to use the geothermal pools anywhere else on the island, there are geothermal pools right here in the hotel for your use anytime of the day or night! The hotel leaves little treats and trinkets in your room for you throughout most of your stay, there are incredible tasting teas with cookies in the lobby area, and breakfast was divine! We highly recommend this hotel!」

「It was OK hotel but nothing more. I will not return for several reasons described below. Our background: retired, in our 60-s, traveling a lot around the world. Positive first: good location, beautiful building from outside, good water pressure, adequate AC, parking, free drinking water, pleasant staff. 「Where do I begin? Maybe that I will absolutely be back specifically to this property! It was right in the old city, which made it very convenient. Our first interaction was with Carlos, who was great. He even helped point out the archives so I could look up a family member. The hotel is a hidden gem.
