A lovely, relaxing retreat. The spa, pool and grounds were inviting and beautiful. The rooms were clean, modern and stylish. The hotel is beautifully designed, with a great breakfast and terrific dining options (loved the sushi restaurant and local cuisine). Perfect family holiday

Amazing. We took our 5-m old baby and they were so kind and prepared for us - baby bath, baby towel and crib. Each night the staff brought around little gifts too. An amazing farmhouse hotel with pineapple thermal bath and sauna and pool. Plus they threw pizza parties and summer parties too. Couldn’t have asked for a better first family Holiday

Amazing memorable stay. Thank you!

In short, the stay was amazing and very highly recommended. To break down some highlights: - Super clean and well kept. The rooms were spotless on arrival and every day after. - The staff was very friendly and polite. - The food of the restaurant for all meals was excellent. The buffet breakfast was extremely varied, with very fresh fruits and baked goods. - Parking was super easy, and they had enough for the days the hotel was busy. - Bonus: if you had a toddler, the cleaning staff would leave homemade surprises (I.e. a bumblebee made with toilet rolls and two eyes) for them on their bed and crib. Our child loved them, and we took them home. Would come again. Thanks to the staff for such a memorable stay.

We had the pleasure of staying 10 nights at Senhora da Rosa with half board - and we immensely enjoyed both the delicious food at both restaurants and the lovely pool and spa facilities. Despite visiting in november, well out of the vacation season, we lacked for nothing: everyone were extremely polite and acommodating and we had a great time. We will be recommending this hotel to anyone considering visiting the Azores!

Perfect oasis

This was our first hotel on the island, and our favorite! The hotel is just the perfect oasis, a small boutique hotel with infinity pool, hot tub inside a pineapple greenhouse, two restaurants, and a rooftop bar. Very accommodating for children, will definitely stay again when we come back!

A beautiful hotel with top notch staff that strive to ensure one wants for nothing - or if you do want, just ask. Restaurants were great. The fantastic free breakfasts really adds to the value. A beautiful lobby and bar (with pooltable!). We didn’t take advantage of the spa but loved spending time in the mineral bath inside their pineapple greenhouse! Great location -close to Ponta Delgado but far enough away, and central to the island. Highly recommend (fyi having been there I would def not want a hotel right in Ponta Delgado - car rentals can be ridiculously cheap)

We had a lovely stay at Senhora da Rosa. The staff were lovely and helpful and the facilities were great. The pool and spa area was really nice; we had a lot of it to ourselves as most people are out exploring the island. Staying in Ponta Delgada was a great way to explore the island. It was a nice peaceful area although quite a long walk which is just something to bear in mind as we did find it better to eat out during the day and just have something from the bar menu on an evening as it was nice and chilled and had a great selection of cocktails.
