“Well furnished apartment with all the necessary for the stay ! We had a great time in this peaceful area. Thanks”

“Terra Nostra is just across the street. Grocery store is very close. Bus stop is close by. Secure check in with codes. Even though there’s no front desk , it’s easy to navigate as long as you come at the scheduled check in , otherwise code won’t work. If you need to use the bathroom before check in there’s football locker rooms around the corner and a restaurant”

“Le restaurant ouvre pas avant 19h30 et ne prennent que 8 personnes à la fois. Est-ce à cause d’une manque de personnel? Piscine intérieur est beaucoup plus petite que sur le site et en plus vous devez porter un casque de bain que vous acheté à la réception. Il me mentionne que tous les hôtels ont cette exigence. Pour avoir voyager beaucoup et avoir pris des nuits ailleurs sur l’île , il n’a jamais été question de mettre une casque de bain.”

“We had a decent stay. Did not feel like a 5 start property. Breakfast buffet was average ans stayed exactly the same for all 5 days we atayed there. Front desk staff was nice but room service and restaurant service was a hit or miss. Location is very good, central and close to nicr beaches.”

“Excellent stay. Staff were very accommodating after experiencing an issue outside of the hotel after my check-out time. Very appreciative of them for that!”

“We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast could be improved, as there is room for more variety and better options. The location is good for exploring Ponta Delgada city and its historical sites, with many attractions easily accessible. However, if you plan to explore other parts of the island, I highly recommend renting a small car,(free street parking after 8pm. The parking meter kick in 8am, so just get your parking……

“Très bien situé mais nourriture de pauvre qualité”

“Hello from America! Absolutely beautiful property, well maintained & operated by kind people. Breakfast was so good! Everything was super clean. Thank you so much!”

“Two light bulbs burned out in unit. Restaurant moved but old signs not removed Hot tub jets not functioning plus hot tub is in a stairwell Should be out on pool deck”

“I would stay again excellent all around”

“The establishment features a sophisticated rooftop venue that offers breathtaking views alongside a refreshing pool. Guests will find that the accommodations are meticulously maintained to ensure a comfortable stay. Each member of the staff is dedicated to providing warm and helpful service throughout your visit. It is truly a wonderful destination for those seeking both relaxation and a memorable atmosphere. We hope your time spent there is nothing short of delightful.”
