“Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Premium Villa. Die große Sonnenterrasse mit viel Sonnenschein und eigenem Whirlpool haben uns sehr gefallen. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und war sauber. Das Frühstück bietet eine gute Auswahl. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die wirklich schlechte Kaffeemaschine von Nescafé. Diese sollte dringend gegen einen echten Vollautomaten ersetzt werden. Parkmöglichkeiten sind genügend vorhanden. Die Anbindung ist sehr gut, da das Hotel direkt hinter einer Schnellstraße……

“Our room was so musty smelling, we couldn’t tolerate it. They moved us to a different room, which was smaller but worth downsizing to avoid the musty smell. The rooftop pool was wonderful. Great location.”

“The room was clean, bed was super comfy and staff was friendly. They offered tea, coffee and water downstairs. They helped us book a tour around the Ponto Delgado last minute! Super convenient location downtown near shopping, restaurants and pier. Breakfast had a cute set up, numbering your tables and changing them daily so you sit in different spots. They had homemade yogurts that amazing! And great selection of foods. And the music set a wonderful tone for breakfast. Will be returning to this……

“Sehr schöne, saubere Unterkunft mit großen Zimmern sowie großer, moderner Küche und Utensilien. Die Lage ist sehr gut und vieles ist Fußläufig schnell zu erreichen, ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke. Die Parkplätze an der Straße vor der Unterkunft sind kostenpflichtig, es gibt aber einen großen und kostenfreien Parkplatz ca. 500m von der Unterkunft entfernt. Der Inhaber ist super nett und kann viele Tipps für Ausflüge usw. geben. Gerne wieder!”

“Great Hotel, could get light refurbishments on the furniture, but overall a great stay. Breakfast should be a little cheaper (not tried, due to the pricing) but bar service is also great insted. Easy checking and good staff, central location was worth.”

“Hotel Gaivota is located in an outstanding location in Ponta Delgada for convenience to shopping, restaurants, the harbor, and the historic city center. It is also adjacent to a small grocery store that had premade dishes and space to eat outdoors. It was quicker and more affordable than some of the restaurants and food Can be purchase to prepare in the apartments. There is also a pharmacy very nearby and they were helpful in getting some medication for a cold. The staff at the hotel was very……
