「Sehr sauberes, geräumiges und gut isoliertes Zimmer. Frühstücksbuffet klein aber vollkommen ausreichend und die Lunchpakete reichhaltig gefüllt. Durch den kostenfreien Parkplatz konnte man das Mietauto sicher abstellen ohne lange suchen zu müssen. Zu Fuß waren es ca. 10 Minuten in die Stadt. Wir würden wiederkommen.」

「Room was comfortable but that’s the only positive. Arrived for self check-in within the stipulated time, and the room was not cleaned since the last guests. Customer service is difficult to reach and might be a bot (?). Said to leave immediately because the room was double booked. When I said no, they said that actually they’re just confused with another reservation and they will send a cleaner. Had to wait awhile. Overall very stressful and terrible lack of service - I can’t properly explain...

「Andrea was very helpful as she allowed us to do an early check in, explained about local things to do. Breakfast was OK. Jacuzzi, pool operative but not whirlpool.」

「The hotel is located near the center of the older part of Ponta Delgado. The rooms were well designed and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and provided prompt service. The bar and restaurant had convenient hours and the breakfast included with the stay was excellent. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit.」

「We loved our stay, the staff was super kind and allowed an early check-in. Very convenient location although nearby streets can be a bit narrow. For the saunas you need to contact reception and ask them to turn on the heat.」

「We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast could be improved, as there is room for more variety and better options. The location is good for exploring Ponta Delgada city and its historical sites, with many attractions easily accessible. However, if you plan to explore other parts of the island, I highly recommend renting a small car,(free street parking after 8pm. The parking meter kick in 8am, so just get your parking...
