Amazing stay! Beds were so cozy! Pool and hot tub were so nice after busy days! The continental breakfasts were amazing! Extremely friendly staff! I have nothing bad to says about our stay! Thank you!

Andrea was very helpful as she allowed us to do an early check in, explained about local things to do. Breakfast was OK. Jacuzzi, pool operative but not whirlpool.

Location of the hotel was great. Staff really excellent and very helpful and the breakfast was good. Rooms were very clean but too much fragrance / scent on the sheets and towels and in the room in general.

During my first few days in the Azores, I stayed in 4-star hotels before switching to this guest house—and honestly, this place was way better. It was super clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even packed me a breakfast to-go since I had an early flight before the kitchen opened. Such a nice touch! If I ever come back, I’m definitely staying here the whole time.

This guest house is fabulous! They were most welcoming. The property was beautifully landscaped with palm trees, pool and hot tub. Rooms were clean with all amenities provided. Breakfast was terrific. Don't hesitate to book this one.

We had a fantastic stay at Gaivota Guest house! It is conveniently located off the main road with plenty of free parking available at the front of the building. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and featured many of the local flavours and specialities. Our room was very clean, although sometimes smelled a bit too “perfumey” after cleaning. The only negative thing I have to say is our room was not stocked with hair conditioner. When we asked the staff at the front desk, we were told they were all out. Overall a great experience and value and I would definitely recommend this stay!

The staff were so pleasant and so helpful with anything we needed. The kitchen staff work so hard in the mornings to ensure everyone is getting their breakfast and there is always a supply of food. Truly an amazing stay. So grateful

The room was quite spacious and comfortable. The hotel provides an excellent breakfast. There is a good-sized pool and jacuzzi that are well maintained and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is about a 12-minute drive into the core of town and is well located in terms of serving as a base for exploring the island.

Das Personal war sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt. Beim Frühstücksbuffet war für jeden etwas dabei. Im Outdoorbereich waren Pool und Jacuzzi, welche ebenfalls sehr gepflegt waren. Leider war die Sauna bei unserem Aufenthalt defekt und das der Fitnessraum noch nicht fertig gestellt.

Unser Aufenthalt im CFS Guest House Ponta Delgada war wirklich hervorragend. Das Guest House ist sehr stilvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Besonders das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet – alles frisch, liebevoll vorbereitet und von hoher Qualität. Auch die Lage und die angenehme Atmosphäre haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Andreia: Sie ist eine unglaublich herzliche, hilfsbereite und tolle Person, die sich wunderbar um ihre Gäste kümmert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses Guest House absolut weiterempfehlen!
