“Room didn’t feel clean, hair on the ground, dirty around the bed. No towels in the room. Light bulbs not working. I felt like staff were overworked and couldn’t keep up.”

“My husband and I had an excellent stay at the editory. The hotel was very clean, the facilities were great and the staff were all lovely. The bed was very comfortable and a great shower also. The location was perfect! There were lots of very good restaurants nearby and a shopping mall 2mins walk from the hotel. Would definitely return and recommend to friends and family.”

“Pestana Royal is a very outdated hotel. If you are looking for clean modern look that is not the place for you. If you are looking for a place with high quality food that is not the right place. Food quality is very poor. It is a very mediocre place with clean rooms and very mediocre food.”

“We loved our stay at sentido! The only thing to be warned about is the parking situation. There is not much parking available, and most spots you need to pay for parking.”

“Great location, very central to public transportation, bolt, tour pick up, hot breakfast. Staff was very friendly and responsive. The only thing that bothered was a musky smell in the room, maybe as old building. It got better when air-conditioning is on. Bathroom still stunk due to no ventilation. Other than that, it was really good and would still recommend”
