“hotel is very clean and well maintained. The gardens are lovely with plant markers, and we even saw bunnies at night. The boutique has reasonably priced beach clothing. Rooms are comfortable, with eco‑friendly AC that shuts off when you leave. The beach is beautiful, and refillable water stations are convenient if you bring a bottle. The resort has a warm, family‑oriented atmosphere. À la carte restaurants were full when we arrived and unable to book a restaurant. The main negative issue is……

“Staff were very friendly! Entertainment and food were fabulous. Pool spotless, great to see the manager being there on the complex walking around observing. The bar staff and waiters/waitresses were charming and nothing too much for them. With the facilities, we were disappointed on first day to have no aircon in our room, heard others had same problem with this. We were moved to different room same day but it meant we lost time unpacking and packing again. Overall the stay was so lovely……

“Really loved this stay in Madeira! It seems like the hotel is newly built and because of that it comes with good amenities. Staff were super helpful with our room and we were able to take advantage of the gym and pool! Definitely a nice place to relax at after doing all the Hikes!”

“En retrait du centre ville de Funchal mais dans une zone commerciale et à proximité immédiate de l'océan. L'établissement dispose de tous les équipements pour passer un bon séjour. La formule en all inclusive est digne d'un vrai 5 étoiles. Le personnel est vraiment exceptionnel et cela mérite d'être signalé.”

“Das Zimmer war wahnsinnig schön modern eingerichtet. Es wurde mehrfach täglich gereinigt und das Bett gerichtet. Das Personal war äußert zuvorkommend und freundlich, sowas habe ich bisher seltenst erlebt! Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt und falls wir nochmal nach Madeira kommen würden, wäre dieses Hotel definitiv unsere Anlaufstelle ! Wir werden es wärmstens weiterempfehlen.”

“Mooi, proper hotel. De kamers zijn wat verouderd, maar wel heel ruim. Vriendelijk personeel. Het buffet is lekker. Niet te uitgebreid, maar wel steeds voldoende keuze en elke dag iets anders. Voor vegetariërs ook genoeg opties! We vonden dit een goed hotel als uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes naar de verschillende wandelingen. Tour operators komen je hier uithalen voor daguitstappen en je zit nog redelijk dicht bij het oude centrum van Funchal (gemakkelijk met taxi of Uber, te voet een 5-tal km).……
