“Carolina, the concierge was incredible and made this an easy check-in and great trip. She met us at the apartment and explained everything and provided tips about the area. When small issues arose (such as the hair dryer broke) she was quick to solve them. The apartment is in a FANTASTIC location with access to attractions such as funicular and hop on close by. “Very nice new unit, air conditioning works very well, roomy, well-stocked kitchen, and a lovely private patio with sun loungers and a million dollar view of funchal and the ocean far below. Has a washer and dryer that do not dry to north american standards, you have to leave clothes out on the patio, but that is like every place we have rented in Portugal so far. A high end dining road with numerous restaurants including a Michelin two star, but also with more reasonable options, is a block away……

“We had a wonderful stay in Madeira. The apartment was fantastic which made our holiday even better. It was very comfortable and was well resourced and had everything we needed and more. It was close to facilities e.g. Mall, ( including Supermarket and McDonalds), buses, taxis, some restaurants etc. Beautiful sea view. Our Host, Abel, was great and helped with any information we required. He also booked our taxi to and from the apartment, which was very convenient for us. All in all, great……
