「Definitely a 5 star experience. Everything is clean and well maintained. Well trained staff. The room is spacious and the bed and linens are top notch! the breakfast is superb! The only thing that needs updating is the bath/shower. The pressure is fantastic but the drain can't keep up and the temperature is hard to regulate. Restaurants: Brisa do Mar, excellent. I would skip Villa Cipriani, food was average.」

「Good: facilities, overall clean, rooms were large and private, pool was well maintained. Ocean access, did not feel too busy always had access to beach loungers. Not so good: questionable service, a lot of inconsistentencies with wrong items being served, bar and buffet staff were dismissive with minor questions or requests. Room service was not ok on both attempts. Major food allergens were wrongly labeled in the buffet and often had labels turned around and did not have any information on the...

「Un séjour parfait. L'accueil est au top, la chambre et la literie sont irréprochables. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis et chouchoutés du début à la fin. Côté table, les cocktails, le restaurant et le petit-déjeuner étaient tout simplement excellents. Le cadre, raffiné et au standing un peu rétro, offre une véritable bulle de douceur. Les piscines avec des horaires larges nous ont permis de nous relaxer, nous n avons pas testé le spa , ce sera pour une prochaine fois. Seul petit bémol...

「En retrait du bord de mer mais suffisamment proche pour s'y rendre à pied comme en centre ville. L'établissement est dans une zone résidentielle au calme avec son magnifique jardin. L'hôtel se compose d'une partie moderne et d'un manoir où se trouvent les suites. Les équipements sont suffisants pour passer un excellent séjour dans une ambiance feutrée. Le personnel est digne d'un hôtel 5 étoiles.」

「I was very pleased with my stay. This hotel has some amazing views of the city. The staff was extremely helpful. I had an issue with my room's a/c upon checking in and they worked to get me moved to a different room quickly. The parking is a bit tight, but manageable. The food at the restaurant was great. The services at the spa are reasonably priced. While it's not necessarily easily to walk into town, you can get a quick Bolt ride into city center.」

「Das Zimmer war wahnsinnig schön modern eingerichtet. Es wurde mehrfach täglich gereinigt und das Bett gerichtet. Das Personal war äußert zuvorkommend und freundlich, sowas habe ich bisher seltenst erlebt! Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt und falls wir nochmal nach Madeira kommen würden, wäre dieses Hotel definitiv unsere Anlaufstelle ! Wir werden es wärmstens weiterempfehlen.」
