“1.五星級酒店，設備、環境和服務都還不錯，唯獨網路在房間不是太穩定是缺點。 2.白天大廳有一位阿姨非常非常客氣，所有其他的服務人員都非常客氣，很棒！！ 3.酒店旁邊的賭場是敗筆，服務人員態度非常差，而且對於整個景色是一個很難看的所在。”

“Lovely hotel with beautiful views of the sea from the room. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The suite room is well designed with a balcony and partition doors to essentially create 2 separate bedrooms. The planting and landscaping all around the hotel is stunning. The hotel looks and feels much nicer in reality than it does in any of the pictures. The hotel is well placed as a base to explore other parts of Madeira and the free shuttle bus into Funchal is excellent and very welcome.……

“Pestana Royal is a very outdated hotel. If you are looking for clean modern look that is not the place for you. If you are looking for a place with high quality food that is not the right place. Food quality is very poor. It is a very mediocre place with clean rooms and very mediocre food.”

“Hotel ist sehr guter Lage mit tollem Frühstück im Schwesterhotel (5Sterne) schöne Poollandschaft mit Gym, Whirlpool und Indoor-Pool tolle Aussicht, alles sehr hochwertig sehr nettes Personal: wir mussten unseren Aufenthalt verlängern wg Generalstreik (u.a. TAP), bekamen für die 2Tage ein Zimmerupgrade”
