"Excellent location, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms showing their age. Smart switches and TV service were finicky and unreliable. No ability to access or use Netflix, Amazon Prime or cast from your phone. Mattress had indents on both sides, needed to be replaced."

The password to get into the house was wrong, so we had trouble getting in. Her son had left their wallet in the house. No problem, I left it in the post box for her ..."
