「1.五星級酒店，設備、環境和服務都還不錯，唯獨網路在房間不是太穩定是缺點。 2.白天大廳有一位阿姨非常非常客氣，所有其他的服務人員都非常客氣，很棒！！ 3.酒店旁邊的賭場是敗筆，服務人員態度非常差，而且對於整個景色是一個很難看的所在。」

「Två nätter i väntan på inställt flyg. Bra hotell, bra nivå, helt OK funktionellt gym, trevlig utepool och soldäck. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. 」

「The staff is way too courteous in this hotel. Valter made sure that our stay was perfect, and help us book some nice tours. Everyone was really polite and helped cover the few shortcomings the rooms had. 」

「We were welcomed and given a tour of the historic hotel by the front desk upon arrival. The room upgrade was to a suite overlooking the bay. The room, bed, and bath were clean and comfortable. A small gift arrived each day of our stay. The 1891 Bar proved to be an excellent alternative as we preferred early and smaller dinners. The Christmas brunch had excellent food options; it was a buffet next to the pools. The staff were most helpful on check out, holding our luggage until our rental car...

「The hotel was very comfortable, quiet, and an easy bus ride to the centre of town. The staff was friendly and helpful. Notable were the free garage parking for our rental car as well as the quality of meals in the various restaurants. Would definitely vacation there again.」
