"Beautiful hotel. But water went away in the middle of me showering and we weren’t notified until I called to inquire and was told it will be back at 5am. Fruit flies from the drain. And I have to call to sort an extra 100+ charge on my room for what I don’t know."

Our room was unfortunately dirty- they had left the previous guests fake nails on the night stand, beer bottle caps on the floor and one of our beds didn’t have a blanket.. the check in was now done by computers and self check in- the one lady there “helping” ..."
