"A wonderful and warm welcome and greeting by Leonor. Her English is excellent and made us feel very welcome. Later in the evening, there are a few - possibly homeless people around the street. They do not seem bad though and mind their own business. The Mercator do Balhão is just down the road. Amazing experience and great restaurants on then top level. The lower level has souvenirs and fresh seafood and wine-tasting stations. "

"Shared bathrooms were cleaned daily and kept well stocked, showers were hot and the showerhead was strong. Sound proofing could have been better, lots of hallway noise and some sound through the walls from neighbouring rooms. Beds were comfortable enough but the room was small and had a strong smell that had to be aired out by opening the window daily. Staff were friendly and the breakfast options were good. Location was perfect, quick easy access to transit and main sights of Lisbon."

"What a beautiful hotel in the centre of the walled city of Evora, the staff were excellent with all the information we required, the secure infer cover parking great bonus with lift direct to our floor. The food was delicious and great variety. The wine waiter gave us di much information about the wines. Can highly recommend"
