Amazing service from Leonor and other staff were very friendly. Leonor was so kind to the kids and let us check in early as the room was already available, she is a credit to the hotel. 5min walk and you are in Bolhao market or main shopping street. Another 10min takes you to Luis bridge or sao bento. Great place, very clean and good breakfast. Will be coming back!

The location was the best as it is close to everything and within walking distance to anywhere in downtown Porto including the Bolhão Market. Check in was a breeze and our apartment actually had a view of Porto. We love our stay and everything was great except just a non working light bulb at the balcony. Other than that we like our stay.

Our stay for 3 nights, 2 adults and a 6 yr old was great. The accom is in walking distance to restaurants, shops amd sight seeing. We walked everywhere. The room was enough for the 3 of us and met our needs. The room looked slightly different then the photos online and floor was bit dusty. Our feet turned black whwn walking without shoes. My son and I got bites everytime we were in the room. We spotted few mosquitoes and sand fly type bugs. We also connected with a staff who is a distant cousin. One of the purpose of the trip to find where my husband's ancestors/ name orientated from. Overall, great place for a family.
