“Very disappointing stay. I expected much more from Octant, especially for a hotel in this price range. The outdoor pool was essentially unusable because it was not heated. The indoor pool was a joke—it was tiny and not really large enough to swim in. On top of that, you need to make a reservation to use the indoor pool and spa. There is no way to make a reservation online or from the room; you have to call or physically go to the front desk. This made using the facilities unnecessarily……

“This property was exceptional. The grounds were stunning - there’s a reason this place is a tourist destination. We felt incredibly lucky to actually be staying here. The wonder and atmosphere of the thermal pools cannot be overstated. At night, in the warmth of the pool, if the mist isn’t too heavy, the star-gazing is fantastic. I traveled there with my 12-year-old daughter and the staff gave us an adult- and a petite, child-sized robe. She was thrilled! After a day of canyoning, coming back……

“Helaas geen 5 sterren meer waard, het hotel is niet af en moet nodig nog worden gerenoveerd. Er hangt bijna op elke verdieping een putlucht, het sanitair is verouderd en heeft aanslag. De lampenkappen waren gescheurd en roken muffig. Het kastje van de koelkast viel uit elkaar. En op een avond viel de stroom uit..... Het ontbijt was prima, de koffie was van slechte kwaliteit. Het Amerikaanse leger logeert ook in het hotel en dat geeft een rare sfeer, aangezien zij in hun werkkleding zijn. ……

“Lovely, lovely! The people were so friendly, personal and helpful! I traveled there with my daughter and they brought me a complimentary bottle of wine and a chilled bottle of apple juice for her. The breakfast was excellent in terms of selection and quality. The hotel itself, full of character and delights around every corner. On the roof is a gorgeous infinity pool and sun loungers - incredible view! There’s a nice-looking gym, as well. Awesome vibes all around.”

“Camera pulita, spaziosa, armadio ampio con ometti a disposizione, bagno con doccia di dimensioni generose. Pulizia e cambio asciugamani giornaliero. Personale gentile e attento. Colazione ricca sia salata che dolce ben organizzata forse un po' ripetitiva ma buona.”
