「Great location. Friendky and helpful staff. Very clean. Bed was comfortable with very nuce linen and towels. Included breakfast was also very good. Parking is provided free and there are many parking spots nearby. We'll be staying here again upon our return to Faial 」

「Great hotel in a great location. Finding the hotel using google maps is a challenge. Once you figure out parking it is easy(ask for guidance at front desk). Great breakfast buffet. Would definitely return.」

「Wonderful staff, great location, very clean hotel from main lobby to bathrooms to our room. Buffet was good in the morning variety was good. Never had lunch there but did have dinner which there was plenty of options.?Would highly recommend this hotel 」

「Room and bedding was comfortable. Location was very convenient. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Location was very walkable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I did think the 7 euros an hour for early check in was a bit pricey. Our only other criticism would be the breakfast room and food were just average. 」
