「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This was the best of both world when it comes to close beautiful beach and clean pool just steps away. Perfect for family with small kids. 「Location was great, I loved the walkway to get to the beach, and restaurants, shopping and the pier are close via the walkway. The place was super clean. My wishes would be a softer bed (all were harder, but bearable), enough warm water in the shower (ran out within 10 min all 3 days we were there), and maybe a list of things recommended to do in the area? Its always nice to hear what the host thinks is fun. We relied on Yelp, and weren't disappointed, but we had to look for specifics. Not sure...

「This condo was in a great location & worked well for us and our 2 teens. We loved being on the 3rd floor for the view (thankfully it's not on the 1st floor where the dunes block your view). Kitchen was well stocked with cook ware etc. Beds were comfortable - however furniture in living room could use replacing. Warning: this is a dog- friendly unit BUT dogs are not allowed in beaches across the entire county. Our fur baby was fine just hanging out though. We ran into a couple of issues...

「Good stay overall. The unit is a bit dated and it had a musty odor (especially when coming in for the first time) and so did the elevators. The rates were comparable to other units that looked a little better around the area, so if you find that disappointing then you may want to shop around. I think the many scuffs from the walls would come off if they were cleaned with a damp cloth and a bit of comet powder. The bathrooms were very clean and so was the kitchen. 「Property was nice, well kept up. Room was spacious and clean- bed was not very comfortable. Gulf view from our room was beautiful. Front desk staff when we arrived(May 31st 3:00pm) were kind and helpful, we had issues upon check in with Expedia not sending over payment but they promptly called to resolve the issue. Staff at check out were not friendly(June 3rd 11:00am). Over all a decent stay for the $$ but would likely go back to Miramar area since this property is farther from good restaurants...
