Nice sitting Front Porch and a front bay window with sitting desk. Directly accross the street is Publix, Waffle House, Beach Liquors & the start of the Brooks Bridge. Jared was a wonderful host and answered all my questions. The place was clean, quaint, and quiet. The room was well appointed and had extra touches for those unfamiliar with the area or those having forgotten beach gear! I liked the products in the bathroom as well.

Comfy and cozy near beach

My teenager and I, small dog included, immensely joined our stay. Traffic is a bit cumbersome, but this place is so charming. The beach, restaurants and shops are within miles of this cottage. (Publix and Waffle House are within walking distance.) Amazing time, thank you!

This is a cozy place to stay. The owners are Amazing and great to work with! I will definitely try to make them our go to when we visit again! As long as they have availability, I will rent from them!

This was the second time I've stayed at the property! They have updated the fridge to also have a freezer! I love that they provide beach towels and chairs to use! Overall, this is my favorite place to stay in Fort Walton!

Quaint, quiet little place

We loved this little place. It was really convenient and right in between everywhere we wanted to go at Ft. Walton. The guests were welcoming, the unit was clean, and we didn't have to do any crazy things to get the place ready when we left.

So cute and clean

This was the perfect spot for my daughter and I. Franny was so thoughtful and left us some welcome treats. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Three minutes to the beach and convenient to everything we needed.
