「地點很方便又安靜，早餐也很美味豐富，服務人員很親切，還免費幫我由單人床升級至雙人床，房間整潔但不大，唯一美中不足是入住的058房空調暖氣會不時地發出噪音，晚上睡覺一直會被吵醒，導致睡眠品質不佳。 但整體來說不錯，下次還會考慮入住這間。」

「A very nicely furnished hotel which is centrally located in the city. Just minutes off walk to Nottinghill Gate Station. Environment was nice but upon arriving my room, there were two flies inside and I spent quite some time getting them away. I thus had to keep my window shut all the time, so it was quite stuffy inside the room. Mattress was a bit too soft too. 」

「最初很滿意該酒店的環境和整潔….. 但令我感到意外的是…. 當我向reception counter要求支裝水（因為小朋友飲用，怕會水肚不服，而飲用支裝水應該比較安心點）…. Staff 竟然話我個package 唔包提供支裝水！一般酒店都基本上都會提供2支支裝水！很意外得知該酒店連提供基本的水都要視乎什麼package ! 這點已經令我對該酒店大大地打了折扣…真係有點失望！ 入住第一日我向朋友推薦….. 後來在第二天有了以的經歷，我即時通知朋友如果要book該酒店，要問清楚……否則不能提供基本的水時，一時之間真係好難喺附近買！」

「有啲員工都幾無禮貌，例如食早餐差不多到收工時間，員工畀面色客人睇。 每次執房後好多烏蠅，最高峰有5隻。 當客人問一此比較傻瓜問題，員工表演不滿。 不會再次入住」

「Overall it’s value for money but need to expect the room is a bit outdated. The station nearby is not on the popular line.」

「The hotel is clean and the breakfast is tasty and lots of choice and even we can pick items from the menu without paying extra. It is vert closed to the Gloucester Road Station and you feel safe even you return late at night. Will stay again if I come to London next time.」

「Located within Zone two, near underground station with easy access facilities and Bus Stop, go to Heathrow Airport conveniently by Piccadily Line without changing the underground line, three stops reach Harrods, the disavantages are small bed room, toilet seat is too high in ground floor.」

「I really enjoyed my stay at Ruby Zoe. The room was cozy and exceptionally clean. Staff was super friendly and competent. Great location too with two major tube stations nearby. Highly recommend!」

「在 2 樓的（浴室）熱水爐沒有熱水。最後更換上 3 樓住。因為，在 2 樓已換過第二間都是沒有熱水。」

「Dusty, matresses bumpy, slippery tub, dirty tub curtain ( well it was really a liner ) and broken shower head, it did not adjust at all. No air conditioner. At least they changed bedding and towels daily. 30 mins from the city in train - train station neaby. 」
