「This is about check-in staff - for constructive criticism. We stood at front desk & staff was on phone assisting someone & was unable to find what the person was looking for. Never made eye contact with us or gesture she would be a moment. They told person on phone let me connect you to our 1-800 and instead of doing that kept talking again, not acknowledging us. We waited about 10-15 minutes which wasn't a problem, it would have been nice to put call on hold or say to us she would be a minute....

Take your own pillows, sheets and towels. Also, this is a camping like experience. If you are looking for luxury, this is not your place. This is a place to get away from it all. The last 5 miles to the location are in white rock roads. I will return again and again」
