We were placed in a newly renovated room, but upon arrival, we noticed the renovation was poorly done. The most concerning issue, however, was that there was no hot water. I immediately contacted the front desk, but the representative I spoke with was unsympathetic and informed me there were no other rooms available and that a refund could not be issued.
She referred me to someone else for further assistance. I followed up today with a woman named Tammy, but unfortunately, she was also unable to help and mentioned she needed to speak with her manager. I am now waiting to hear back from her and hope to receive a resolution soon.
