「Swallow’s Nest had all we needed, was well presented and clean. We all enjoyed the pool/spa facilities available as well as the beautiful gardens. We were made to feel welcome and appreciated the info on the local area and suggestions for things to do. Would recommend 😊」

「We had the most wonderful weekend at this lovely place. The cottage has everything you need with lovely outdoor areas to relax and watch the wildlife. Chris and Erick were great hosts who were very welcoming. Chocolate cake,fruit bowl,biscuits and milk were a lovely touch as an arrival package. What can i say about the grounds STUNNING! The pool and jacuzzi was perfect after a long day treading around historical sites for our little girl. Super relaxing stay. We will be back.」

「Nice two nights stay in a very good location. I especially loved the bathroom as it was spacious and with a view to the East Hill. The stairs are tricky if you have a large suitcase, but I got wonderful service and mine was taken down for me. There are a lot of restaurants to choose from within 500 m. The buses to the railway station run 200 m from the door so that’s also nice. 」

「stay here because it is very closed to the train and bus station of Hastings. the town itself doesnt have too much attractions but you can go Battle (Battle Abbey), Bodiam castle easily. Room and shared toliet is small but ok for a single backpacker」

「The host was acomodating and really helpful. Easily accessible via texts. We never actually saw her. Room was prepared for us and welcoming, refreshments were available on arrival and kid found little fridge greaf. Some little things in there that makes the room not be worth 10/10 like little TV never working or shower leaking so needing to use one of towels to make sure we don't drown neighbours, but we would return providing that the order becomes easier. Unsure if I'd book via hotels.com...

「Hotel did not do breakfast or provide wifi in the rooms. There was mould and rust in the bathroom and chewing gum stuck to the side of the mirror in the bedroom. But the bed was comfy and the hot water was hot. 」
