「The hotel is really bad, super five star price but only one star quality, small room, no windows, hot water was unstable; no breakfast, my $300 ear phone disappeared in the room」

「Spectacularly beautiful property. The issue I encountered was transportation to and from Shaden; perhaps because off season. Recommend having a rental. Staff very kind and worked very hard to ensure I was happy. Language is a bit of barrier. 」

「Very nice staff and clean rooms」

「There are not many hotel options in Alula. The apartment we rented on the first night was not good. We rented another apartment on the second night and we could not find the place. Through expedia we found this one. The hotel is very clean and quite. It is about 20 min car ride to the center The staff and manage are very nice. We booked one night and the manager gave us a discount on next two nights. Overall it is a good experience and this is the hotel we will stay if we come back again.」
