「This is a wonderful hotel. Very high end and well priced. Room was enormous (600 sf). The staff were just excellent and super helpful, especially Mohammed AlAttas. Stone's throw away from the Kaaba. I preferred it to the Clocktower because there is a lot less rush here and getting in and out is easy. The haram view was excellent from my room. It is just a great hotel. I've recommended it to the rest of my family.」

「When we arrived there were so many people staying at the hotel that going in and out of the building was a chore in itself. However when the crowd dissipated since they went on to wherever they were supposed to go, things did get toned down by a lot. Though the staff was beyond professional and services were exceeded expectations, the building and the rooms are quite dated. The air conditioning in our room didn't effectively work cool us down. 」

「Hotel is great and walking distance from the Haram, however as a steep slope walking back to the hotel is very hard specially when you are tired. Very difficult to find the hotel with all the construction work happening around, we were lost for 45 minutes. The housekeeping staff specially MD Shafiqul Islam was extremely helpful went above and beyond to find me a bucket to soak my feet as I was tired and in pain. Very friendly and always checked on us if we needed anything. Very efficient and...

「Not sure if this place qualifies as a 5 star property but I had a pleasant stay. The rooms are definitely dated and could use updating but they were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was a buffet with a lot of choices. Walk to the Haram took only 5 minutes. Getting to the property by car can be difficult as our Uber drivers could not find it and then when we finally found it he could not stop in front of it so we ended up having to walk through the crowds of people with our bags to the lobby....
