「Really high standard, staff were professional and helpful, the room has an excellent modern design, good WiFi, and all the usual bits and bobs in the room that you would expect from a hotel like a safe, toiletries, a good shower (which I've learned you can't take for granted), mini fridge, bottles of water, kettle and cups. It's located an easy 5 minute walk from masjid nabawi's gate 310 and masjid quba is walkable too (though there are careem bikes available that help a lot)」

「When we arrived there were so many people staying at the hotel that going in and out of the building was a chore in itself. However when the crowd dissipated since they went on to wherever they were supposed to go, things did get toned down by a lot. Though the staff was beyond professional and services were exceeded expectations, the building and the rooms are quite dated. The air conditioning in our room didn't effectively work cool us down. 」

「Overall I would say this is a good place to stay and if you are ok to walk 10 minutes to Masjid Nabwi. They have breakfast as part of the hotel stay and I have to say, their breakfast is one of the best I have had in a hotel. So for a hotel to provide breakfast and good price per night, this is a good bargain. Checkout time was 12:00, but they allowed us to check out at 3:00 without any problems.
