"Meh. Not really a hotel. Hopefully you will pay less than 1700 TWD, otherwise you will feel ripped off. I paid a lot more because Taichung was very busy on a Saturday, so I had to laugh. It's in a commercial building with no reception. You have to call to meet the manager. The room is tiny with no personality. 11 AM check out (or pay more) is unreasonable. But the room was clean and quiet and the bed was pretty comfortable."
