“They have amazing old art collection waiting for you to explore, the room service is incredibly nice. The parking is excellent they'll have your car ready within 5 minutes. They'll greet you every time you enter, overall amazing experience and if you have any questions you can text them via phone. ”

“Perfect if you're attending a local event. We stayed here while watching Moulin Rouge at the Milwaukee Art Center and loved the convenience of walking back to our room, avoiding the traffic. The hotel is clean, with both self and valet parking available for a fee. The main downside is the open-air atrium, which carries noise from below all the way up. Even on the 9th floor, we could hear the commotion from the ground floor—people screaming, laughing, and children crying late into the night,……

“Overall it was a great stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful! Only reason I gave it 4 stars for cleanliness was because all the dishes were dirty in dishwasher from last guest and sticky finger/hand prints from little kids on cabinets and doors which you can't see unless your sitting on the couch so being a Mom didn't bother me to much. It's easy to miss but another guest might not think highly of it. ”

“We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.”
