"Friendly hosts, nice, quiet location. I was a bit worried about noise from other guests (very thin walls and doors here), but everyone was respectful, so it was a quiet night. Breakfast was quite nice. While they have soaking tubs, the water temperature is not hot enough (just slightly higher than warm)."

"Their daily variety of breakfast dishes are phenomenal. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Japanese never asks for tips and they did a lot of extra service for you like book a taxi or recommend good dining places. Room is extremely clean and bed is very comfortable. There is no elevator to the 2nd floor rooms. But skiing in Furano is a very enjoyable experience with its perfect weather and nice mountain."

"We stayed for one wonderful week, with 1 room for 3, and 1 double room for 1. Our hosts provided for everything, including delicious dinners, one a sushi dinner and the other a pork based dinner. Both were beautifully done and a great way to experience traditional Japanese food. As a bonus for skiiers the Inn was only about 200 yards from the Annupuri gondola and walking distance to a variety of local restaurants. A delightful experience overall. "

"ビジネスホテル代わり、のつもりで利用しましたが、 風呂・トイレが別だったり、台所があったり、と 1人の宿泊にはもったいないくらいのお部屋でした。 大学の向かい、という場所なので、下宿兼用なのかもしれませんが、隣の部屋がうるさい、ということもなく、 快適でした。 食堂・コインランドリーも併設されているので、1週間・1ヶ月くらいの連泊にはもってこいだと思います。また機会があったら利用したいと思います。"

"The hosts Haruka and Hidenori were a fantastic, friendly couple - so helpful and welcoming. The housekeeper, Aya, was also very helpful, even though her English was limited. Their place is clean and very nicely decorated. For travelers with a vehicle it is a good choice. Without a car, the bus situation is a bit of a challenge as the bus into the centre is not frequent so you really need to plan your itinerary carefully. "

"It was bad experience. On the booking, I have indicated for 3 beds. However, she requested for extra charge when we check in. Tried to explain to host, but she refused to listen. Simple room, shower facilities is at level 1 and hot water stops at 10.30pm. Do note in case of late check in. Room is away from town, so need to have a car to drive in. It is easy to go to blue pond from guesthouse. "

"This is a nice farm house. Unfortunately when our flights were delayed the owner stated they could not give us a refund for the two nights we would miss due to the place being fully booked. When we arrived we were the only room there in a place with 22 rooms and the following night one other group arrive for a total of 2 rooms out of 22 being used. "Somewhat reminiscent of the The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel, owner of this hotel, Takashi made every effort to make our stay an good one. While a little spartan, the hotel was clean and warm, and the futon beds were soft and comfortable. The hotel is well situated about 7 minutes drive from the Tomamu resort. There are excellent restaurant options within 5 minutes walking distance. Takashi was very happy to drive us to the resort in the mornings. Thanks again for a great stay, Takashi! "
