This hotel is an absolute prime example of what a boutique hotel should be like it is clean centrally located elegant staff is wonderful. I absolutely love this place and will stay there again and again and again.

I’ve stayed here twice and am pleased every time. Well situated with a helpful staff. Rooms are great size and comfortable. Breakfast is definitely worth it! I hope to visit again. Merci!

The hotel staff is very helpful with everything. Traveling during COVID is not easy but they helped me with everything and printed a document and helped me with finding a pharmacy for my test. The area is lovely and my room was comfortable and I loved the toiletries. Thank you!

A stay to come back to!
Me and my partner loved the stay. Everything was clean and the room cleaning service was great. We also had occasional evening coffee in the lounge. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful - even offering to keep our luggage safe while we took a stroll on our last day before going back home.

New Year's Stay
Very quaint and cozy. Walls are thin and you have to lock yourself into the room. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, there are places to eat and a tobacco shop on the block. The hotel itself is located in a great location to explore Paris away from the densely trafficked areas of central Paris. Be careful of Thomas the doorman he's got a criminal record in America

They canceled my booking and kept my money
I had the same problem that others have reported on here. I checked in a day late and they canceled my entire booking and kept the money - then get this - they put the room that I paid for back on the market and rebooked it! I travel internationally every week as an advisory managing director at a big 4 and have never experienced this at any other hotel in the world. I understand that I should lose the first night that I booked because I arrived late, but why do they get to keep my money for my entire booking?! They are basically thieves. Their no refund policy is just a scam to steal money from people that check in late. Why do they get to keep my money for a service that I paid for and didn't receive and on top resell the booking to another person? This makes zero sense and I'm not sure how this can possibly be legal in France.

We booked a room for 3 days Called them 2 evenings before letting them now we would check in a bit late, but not to worry When we got there they cancelled our 4 day staying. They didn´t wanna explain why nor refund it. We called hotel.com. They had a 30 long phone call with them, but they did not wanna refund us. Nor explain why they double booked our room. They weren´t even open to help us book a new staying Would NEVER suggest this place to anyway + really unfriendly

Not a bad place. Could be better.
Great location. Not enough towels. No "Do Not Disturb" sign for the door, so housekeeping walked in on me sleeping, luckily I was wearing pajamas. One thing I didn't like, you have to leave your key at the front desk, every time you leave to property. I felt like my personal stuff wasn't secure when I had to give them the key. But nothing went missing.

Disappointing
Not impressed at all, apart from the location, the hotel has nothing to be proud of, the room was fine but shower is extremely small even for a petite person like me, each time you move, you end up accidently turning the water off; health and safety are compromised. Stairs were DIY covered and unsafe. I was told i couldnt have snacks in the room (travelled widely and stayed in great hotels and never heard of this rule). On booking, it says the room had air conditionning, on arrival i am told there is none, the recepoinist looked at me as if i offended him by asking!

This hotel is situated in a very loud area of town that doesn't stop all night. There are a string of Irish pubs next door with drunk football fans chanting all day and night. Fairly clean with poor amenities. Don't replace used plastic cups or soap bars (have to ask). And don't provide an umbrella if it's raining. Rooms are small which is typical for Europe at this price point.

The hotel was very basic, which we expected due to cheap prices and we did not expect to spend much time in the room. However, the walls were paper thin, which meant you could hear everything from the neighbouring rooms late into the night. The room smelt of damp, which was understandable as the shower flooded the room every time we turned it on. The mattress was dirty and the hotel staff do not allow you to take your key with you when you leave the hotel which made us uncomfortable. Not a bad hotel for the price but I wouldn't stay there again.

Decent stay near Moulin Rouge
We pretty much enjoyed the fact that the hotel was close to the Montmartre District so we could visit it often without taking the subway/bus.The hotel was still in renovation so there were always people workig on the staircase, in the halls, in the reception etc. There was also a dense smell of construction materials, oils, paints etc. Otherwise, the room was clean (housekeeping and changed towels every day); bathroom was nice and had a hair blower. There was no balcony though...

First of all, no air conditioning which is misleading in the hotel room details! it does have room heating but NO AIR CONDITIONER. Area is unsafe and noisy. Hotel is being renovated thus hazardous.
