「First of all, my Oyster card which was inserted to keep the electricity on, was gone after the housekeeping. Second, the room I stayed in was very noisy. I could hear other residents scrolling up / down their curtain. Every time there was someone passing by the corridor, opening or closing the door, I could hear it very clearly. There is no view at all from my room. 」

「Wonderful hotel. Beautiful inside the castle. Rooms are actually part of a newer addition added onto the castle but very luxurious & spacious. Located in Clontarf which is outside the city center but a beautiful area & close to the port if you’re taking the ferry. Main Restaurant was not open but the lounge restaurant was very good with adequate selections & great service. 」

「Nice hotel on edge of the city centre. Convenient to O'Connell Street etc. Check in time is 3pm. I got here really early (11ish) but they had a room ready so i was able to drop my bags and freshen up, which was nice.」

「reception service is very slow. I need to call more than 5 times and just have someone to pick up the phone. No hair dryer in room and someone came to see after 20min after calling. And then still cannot provide hair dryer. WIFI is often disconnected. 」

「We chose to stay here due to its location at the airport. Its a very busy place because of this, but clean and quiet. The airport shuttle ride is on the order of 5 minute's and if I remember correctly they depart every 20 minutes.」

「Very nice hotel, big comfortable room, that was very modern and clean. Breakfast was not bad, but I've definitely had better for the money. The hotel is located very handily for my business trip needs and easy distance to the port and not too far for the airport.」
