「五つ星ホテルからこちらに移動してきたので、最初に部屋に入った時は狭いと感じましたが、そのうち慣れました。三泊しましたが、この値段なら満足です。ドライヤーとアイロンと台もずっと借りることができました。朝食は郷土料理が美味しく、1日目と2日目に少し変化があって思ったよりも良かったです。子供がいるので、隣がケンタッキー、道向こうがマクドナルドという立地が決め手です。」

「We came here after a really bad experience at another accommodation. The staff here are so nice and helpful. My daughter was sick and we needed to go to the hospital, they help me call the hospital. Our family room was so spacious and clean. My teens are too small for the kiddie tent in the room, but if you have little kids book this room! The breakfast was so excellent for my family, I get to enjoy Indonesian foods and my German Irish family get to each waffles and eggs.」

「Mooi hotel, sfeervolle inrichting. Lekker ontbijt (a la carte) en uitstekende service. Mogelijkheid om tours te boeken naar bv. kawah putih met gids (aanrader!). Kamer is netjes, wordt elke dag gepoetst. Op weekdagen werden we op het derde verdiep gewekt door de speaker van de nabijgelegen school. Dit is een beetje jammer.」

「After being upgraded to a suite because our first room was filthy and no housekeeping was done, the next room wasn't much better. Stains everywhere and very poor standard of cleanliness. Shower curtain very mouldy. Lots of stains from where people throw rubbish into the bin and hits the cupboard and wall. 」

「Good location. Clean enough needs a bit of attention though. No hot water for two days although told to run the tap for half am hour. I refrained from that.」

「明明是預定兩床房，飯店堅持沒有這樣房型,為何付錢得不到應有的服務 還表示是網站的問題，也不提供解決方式，只會說要加費用」

「Une surprise pour un 3*. Nous avons pris une chambre non fumeur mais elle sentait beaucoup la cigarette. L'abattant des toilettes était dégueulasse avec des traces partout. Le bureau avait des tâches visqueuses de sauce et les luminaires poussièreuses, des trous sur les draps etc ... L'hôtel semble très mal entretenu et les chambres mal nettoyées 」
