This was by far the best experience I have had staying at a hotel. The service was highly personal and attentive to every detail - especially breakfast each morning was a delight with excellent service by the waiters. Especially would like to Leo and Niwan. The front desk was also exceptionally attentive and personalized in its service - would like to highlight Winnie. Staying there again every time I am back in Bandung!

I enjoyed my stay . only thing which i dont like is the cleanliness at breakfast buffet . There were mosquitoes and flies all over the food items . Management should work on this to keep food area super clean .

住房空間可以，但是厠所洗澡的地方牆上的發霉情況像是很久沒人清潔一樣，滿是污漬，以5星的價住這樣的房間真的不很不值的。酒店的裝修也老舊。

We had a wonderful stay! We were here to visit some relatives. The breakfast each morning was great! There was a time in the evening where they accommodated our family to sit at the breakfast area just to visit and were able to order some dinner as if it were room service--that was highly appreciated! There were lots of conventions going on thru out our stay there so the elevators were often slow. And also I wish that we could spend some time on the loft area but that area is only open in the afternoon and is open for clubbing in the evening. One thing that I noticed on the first day arriving in the hallways of floor 3 was that there was a scent of cigarette smoke in the hallways. The bedroom was fine. I got used to it after a couple of days. I love the colonial theme in the hotel. And even though I didn't walk around outside the hotel, I could see plenty of places to eat and a supermarket nearby. And it felt like a safe area. The pool is not heated, and Bandung is a higher elevation area than Jakarta, the capital city, so the weather is often cooler. We had some fun but it was a little cold if you swim closer to sundown. It's nice though to have the pool in a more private area up on 2nd level. Breakfast food, again was great! You can invite others to join you for the breakfast, but the outside guests rate is different than guests that area staying in the hotel. We'd stay here again.

チェックインに時間が掛かりました。 荷物は部屋までを運んでくれるとの事なのでお願いしました。 部屋に入ろうとするが鍵が開かず、５分程悪戦苦闘。 結局開かずフロントへ。 荷物まだ来ません。 フロントの方が一緒に部屋まで来てくれてようやく開錠。 そして荷物到着。 私がせっかちなだけ？
