「Super good service, very well trained staffs, everyone is very welcoming. Will recommend to stay for family.」

「The room and bed are comfortable. The hotel amenities are old. The bath towels in my room, though clean, are as old as you can imagine (threads coming off the towels and becoming grey in color. Even the white mat in the bathroom is newer). There is no hair conditioner in the shower, a bit below my expectations for a 5-star hotel standard. My hair is dry as Sahara desert after washing.」

「I don't think the pictures do this hotel justice. I think it is better than the pictures. Everything is perfect from the room, the breakfast, the location, the amenities, the pool, and all the greeneries within the complex. Don't forget to check the pet turtles and pet rabbits! I missed the balinese theatre dinner unfortunately so if possible, do stay in this hotel on Mon, Wed, or Fri and book a dinner and show session.」

「Amazing stay at Maya with the butler service. All staffs are very welcoming, lovely stay❤️」

The atmosphere was relaxing, and every detail made our stay special. We truly appreciated the excellent hospitality and the care shown by the staff. They made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful experience. We would love to come back...
