We enjoyed 9 nights in the Rama Shinta suite - it is HUGE!!!! Lovely room. Immaculately clean. Lovely tranquil resort. Fabulous service particularly in the Palace Lounge where we enjoyed a great breakfast, occasional afternoon tea and lovely cocktails and canapés each evening. Amazing staff. The usual warm, friendly and professional service we’ve received everywhere in Bali. The local area was great place to be too. Nusa Dua is lush.

The resort is absolutely beautiful - it doesn’t look like a hotel. The food was amazing and a large variety to choose from (Local, international, Japanese, Indian & lots of Seafood). The hotel staff was super friendly and very attentive. On top the resort offers lots of activities (sports, cultural, Kids Club). We were there with 2 kids (age 7&9) and we all absolutely loved it!
