“We were completely shocked at the state of the room. We requested the best they had, yet there were dead bugs on the sheets, a blood stain on the bed! And toothbrush residue splattered all over the bathroom mirror. We took pictures and I let the staff (a woman who remained on her phone during the entire conversation) know. There are a variety of activities can do in hotel. We stayed in hotel one full day. We played at the beach which can walk directly from hotel lobby. We also swim and rent the bikes from hotel and took a bicycle rides along the beach. The kids love it! And our family also played picco ball in their court (they provide tennis court and table tennis table as well). At the end of the day, I enjoyed the spa (which is at Conrad standard). A lot of things can do in hotel, will not be bored! Food is good, particularly we like the Rin Japanese food restaurant. We spent 2 dinners at Rin, one is buffet and one is à la cart menu. Both are exceptional. Tasty food at relatively cheaper price than in Hong Kong. We love it!"
