We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The room was very clean and comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and everything was well organised. Breakfast was also very nice. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers.

The hotel was stunning blending traditional Balinese design with modern convenience. This was exemplified in the hotel rooms which were tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the restaurants conveniently located on site.

Overall, I had an excellent stay here. I would definitely recommend it. I did have a pool room, which was very nice. Unfortunately, it rained a lot which has nothing to do with the hotel. I used the dining area as well as the bar area, and both were excellent with service. Ran into a couple issues with the morning walk that they advertised, but other than that, it was great experience.

Just the stars for the friendly staff and spa but not really recommend this hotel as the management was so poor once resolving the issues and not worth spending money here. The rooms are not sound proof, the breakfast was average. The gym does not have sufficient machines. So, in general, will not be back here and will not recommend it to anybody else.

The staff are so friendly and kind. The rooms are clean and kept clean the whole time. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing with two great resturants available to offer incredable food and drinks. I've loved my stay here and will come back to the Hava Ubud again.

Close to Ubud city centre, but far away enough to be quiet and peaceful. Beautiful hotel built around a beautiful courtyard and pool. Staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Great restaurants, shops, scooter rentals and everything you need on a quiet, lush, tropical street. Highly recommended.

Overall good hotel, quiet place and friend staff. The rooms were clean and well kept although there was a slightly overpowering smell of bleach which the staff quickly tried to remedy with an additional AC unit. The onsite restaurant had an array of dishes which were nice (not amazing). Ubud centre is a 20 min walk or short taxi away although this is up and down a relatively steep hill. The hotel offers a shuttle bus at specific times although traffic is usually packed. Nice restaurants close by and plenty of things to do in the area.

They upgraded us to a poolside room. The eiom is beautiful and in my wedding anniversary they decorated the room perfectly. The staff was sooooo amazing. I would stay there again.
