We absolutely loved the Kayon Resort. It was the perfect place for my fiancé and I to relax and enjoy Bali. The staff was amazing, professional and polite. I highly recommend the Kayon Resort.

Fantastic hotel in the middle of Ubud jungle, 20 mins away from the centre. This would have been 5 star had the waterfall area was open. We was disappointed that the maintenance was not cascaded to us before we arrived or booked. It’s a key feature

I had a wonderful stay at this resort. Is very romantic and the staff are all friendly and respectful. This resort is very secluded, but for that there’s a shuttle that drive you to Ubud center. I felt save and welcoming at this resort, hence I’m a solo traveler

We absolutely loved this resort, it’s beautiful and serene and felt very special. I was there on my birthday and they gave me a delicious cake and sang to me. The staff were all incredibly kind and sweet. We regret that we did not have more time to enjoy our stay as it was only for 2 nights.

Was a remarkable stay. Everyone - housekeeping, front desk, service crews were very attentive and polite. A very meditative and romantic place to relax and recharge. One can hear the sounds of the waterfall and jungle. Would be back to check out kayon valley and kayon jungle in the future. Highly recommend for couples seeking a quiet retreat

We felt very privileged to stay at this beautiful resort with happy welcoming staff (including our delightful waitress Sri yanti). Nothing was too much trouble and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. We especially enjoyed our evening meals at the restaurant with Balinese dancing. Some days we ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at the resort and the food was always delicious with great presentation. We would not hesitate to recommend the Kayon Resort.

An amazing resort in the jungle just on the outskirts of Ubud. Easy to get into Ubud but also a quick ride to get to this lovely tranquil place. The resort itself is immaculately maintained and is so beautifully designed and decorated. Extremely comfortable rooms, awesome views of the jungle. One of the nicest places I have ever stayed. Also loved the amazing afternoon tea. What takes it to the next level is the staff. The attention to personal service and detail is second to none. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Everyone had a smile on their face and were always asking if they could help in any way. All I can say is I would happily return to this little piece of heaven. I would definitely recommend it as a great option if you plan to stay in the Ubud area.

On our first night during dinner my wife required urgent medical attention. They called the hospital and alerted them of our situation and drove us to emergency. The staff member then waited 3 hours in the car park to drive us back home. It was well past his finishing time. He was very reassuring, and told us not to worry about anything and just to get better. The staff then informed us that the dinner we didn’t get to finish would be made again with no extra charge and kept our bottle of wine. They then also presented us with a honeymoon cake. Not only are they a great resort they are also wonderful people. I cannot be more thankful of The Kayon resort.

Esperienza fantastica in un posto magico Siamo stati quattro notti della nostra luna di miele in questo resort e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'atmosfera è magica. Le ragazze che accolgono alla reception DEVI e DITHA sono dolcissime e molto professionali, sempre sorridenti e pronte ad accogliere ogni richiesta. La nostra esperienza è stata molto molto positiva. Il resort è bellissimo e molto curato, le pulizie vengono fatte due volte al giorno in modo impeccabile ed il letto è comodissimo. Anche l'atmosfera del ristorante è magica ed il servizio è eccellente. L'accoglienza di SRI e di EVA è stata favolosa: sempre sorridenti, gentili e pronte a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Consigliamo questo luogo a chiunque voglia vivere un' esperienza indimenticabile.

A lovely hotel in a beautiful location with excellent staff and facilities. Unfortunately waterfall cafe area shown on website is broken and closed and repair works going on during the day is very noisy, so was impossible to relax at hotel. Would have been good to have been notified beforehand or even upon arrival so we could plan ahead. We were offered free trips outside hotel, which was nice but our goal was to relax at the 10/10 Expedia hotel we had booked. Staff were very good, food was great, service was excellent. Only let down was the noise which the team could do nothing about, even though even though works were on their own hotel, which was a shame given they could have communicated and planned better.
