What had a great short getaway and stayed at the Grand Seminyak Lifestyle resort. The place was in a great location and the pool, view of the sea was the best. Staff at the resort was so so kind and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we would ask for and more. The breakfast menu was on point with a great chef who would cook our food to whatever our requirements. Thank you once again and see you soon again.

This location is very convenient. My only concern is the property itself; it’s quite old and not well-maintained. However, the staff was fantastic so I think renovations are probably needed. Overall, the experience was okay but a modern renovation with modern features would have been much better.

Nice spacious rooms. Some rooms are under renovations, we heard some construction noise but not a huge deal. There are shows, entertainments, so not a quiet place at all which is perfect as this is where the action takes place, location location location is great. Delicious food at both restaurants. Most of all, staff members are all so nice, helpful and happy to assist you in anyway.

It is a lovely set of staff. Building is tired and very plain reception. However the pool side area was nice. And the room was excellent. I felt the place could be relatively easily lifted to former glory. Note on the Sat night there was a very very loud rock band amped up so high we could not hear each other talk in our rooms bwteeen 6pm and 9pm. Other tiny note is that all the staff seemed to be constantly on their mobile phones which did not seem very professional Great location Overall the downsides are outweighed for me by the loveliness of staff and the location

Wonderful staff and a great location! The rooms were clean, and housekeeping was always on top of everything. The only negative experience we had was with the water in our room. When we checked in, the water wasn't fully running, and once it was, the water quality wasn't great. We had to let it run for about an hour before it cleared up. A few days later, the same issue happened again. The staff responded quickly each time and got the water running again, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a great stay, and it would have been an even better experience if we hadn't had the water issues.

The room was very clean, really spacious with walk in wardrobe - we are here on our anniversary and were upgraded to an oceanview which was beautiful. I have a diary allergy and the staff were so accommodating - the breakfast offered was à la carte and some buffet - music, fire dancing and fireworks every night but finished before 10 - the staff were so friendly and helpful anytime we needed anything

The staff were amazing. Very kind, happy and always offering to help. We stayed in an ocean view room which was slightly obstructed by the trees but not enough to bother us at all, we could still see the sun set over the ocean. The room itself was huge, clean and re-stocked each day with fresh bottled water and clean towels.

Reasonable value with a great location. Grand Seminyak has a beach front location at Grand Ocean beach. It offers well equipped rooms, friendly staff and all of the amenities expected at this price point (restaurant, bar, pool, gym etc). An on-site day spa is also available at additional cost. Grand Seminyak's pool overlooks its beach front bar/restaurant which offers nightly entertainment. We particularly enjoyed cocktails by the pool and our Chilli crab dinner whilst being entertained by fire dancers. Via the beach it is a 25 minute walk to Seminyak Eat Street and 35-40 if you head inland via the roads. An inexpensive Grab/Gojek (Uber equivalent) will be the best option for most. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Building infrastructure is aged compared to newer competition in the area but reflected in the price point. Maintenance could be improved (E.g. tiles falling off pool wall, pool jet massagers not working, room phone not working) however we didn't encounter any major problems. In summary this is a well-appointed upper-mid range hotel in a really nice location. If returning to Seminyak I will strongly consider staying again.
