「很方便，很有巴里島風格的飯店，環境很好，唯一缺點是訂房時註明2張床，到了房間卻是一張不那麼大的雙人床，花了一些時間換房間。房間裡有各種蟲類，包括蟑螂、螞蟻、小蜈蚣、小飛蚊等。可以理解有這些昆蟲，因為是很多樹木環繞的平房。如果害怕這些的可能不適合入住」

「人很多,感受得出他們盡力再服務,但是效率有待加強. 環境雖然大,但是動線很清楚 餐廳好吃,但是很難預定」

「Hotel have a lovely beach. Because of this reason, when we have meal in the restaurant which is near the beach. But we didnt have a very good time because have a lot of flies during the eating time. We told the waiters is that have any way to solve the problem. The waiter gave us a very surprise answer "because your order sea food meal, so have a lot of fly(flies)" Hahahah But beside of this problem this hotel is very nice and beautiful. 」

「飯店的人員很棒，早餐不錯，泳池也很好，但是房間內的設施不盡理想，浴缸排水不佳，隔音也不好。」

「Hotel internal building layout design not customer friendly. From one area to another need to going around so many corner, very easy to get lose. For example: Even I can see the beach near my room, need to go around entire complex to get there. Suggest to put more sign and trail which can help a lot.」

「We stayed 7 nights and it turned out to be our best family trip ever. All staff are friendly and eager to help. We're lucky to meet Dias who assisted us since check-in and took care of every detail to the end. Thanks for her hospitality and thoughtfulness. There seemed to be some problem on the room keys and the entry light was flashing, yet all of these were solved immediately after we told the staff. The facility is great yet the staff are even better. It's my smartest decision to choose...

「The service, the view, the beach, the swimming pool, kids club, and the facilities are top notch! The hotel is enormous, busy and always filled with hotel guests. Yet, they managed to arrange buggy and room service timely! Just that it’s not a very quiet place, in room you can hear music coming from outside til 10pm. Probably because of different events took place there. 」
