Totally enjoyed our stay at the Udaya . The resort is clean, peaceful and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our stay at The Udaya Resorts & Spa was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They consistently checked in to make sure everything was going well and were always happy to help with anything we needed, which made the experience feel very personal and thoughtful. Our room was cleaned daily, and we loved coming back to fresh towels and the thoughtful turndown service each evening. It really added a special touch to the stay. The property is in a great location—you can easily walk to nearby cafés and restaurants. If you want to explore more, it’s a quick motorbike or taxi ride to the Ubud Market, and the hotel also offers a free shuttle which makes getting around very convenient. The on-site restaurant was excellent, and the pool area was one of our favorite parts. It was never crowded, which made it feel like you had your own peaceful infinity pool. Overall, I would 100% recommend staying here. If you’re visiting Ubud and looking for a relaxing, beautiful place with exceptional service, you won’t regret it!

Oh my, what a treat it was staying at Udaya Resort and Spa. The staff spoiled us everyday with attention to details. Breakfast comes with the room. It is a full cooked to order meal chosen from a menu several pages long. Delicious! There is also afternoon tea which is accompanied by little sandwiches and sweets. Very civilized. Be sure to plan time for the spa. We spent hours there and were sad to leave the pampering. Udaya also has a trolly into town periodically. The restaurant is excellent. Don’t miss the fruit juice drinks. The rooms are spacious and luxurious with big soaking tubs, plenty of storage, patios, and the villas have a private pool. You will appreciate the air conditioning.

This resort was a pleasant surprise. The staff was exceptional, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable. The room was amazing, food was great. There was a surprising menu of complimentary services of which we enjoyed the afternoon tea. They shuttle you to town center where you can walk the town or even to the monkey forest. If I return to Ubud, this is where I will stay!!

I travel a lot around the world, and this has been the hotel with the most courteous staff and best service E-V-E-R. They really go above and beyond, I booked a tour from the lobby and Putra took me to the water temple, he even brought me an offering (incense, flowers and fruits) from his home because he knew the shops at the temple would be close at my arrival, the people in this hotel made my experience unforgettable.

The garden view is absolutely stunning, with lush forest trees and vibrant flowers surrounding a beautiful swimming pool and a pond filled with goldfish.
